• Existing floor plans or photos (if available)

• Inspiration images or mood boards

• Timeline and budget considerations

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and what to expect.

Joël will create an initial layout and product concept tailored to your space. At this meeting, we’ll review:

• A preliminary design concept

• Product selections and layout ideas

• A general project direction and estimate

If you decide to move forward, we’ll officially kick off the design phase.

With your go-ahead, we enter a collaborative design phase. This includes:

• Finalizing cabinet layouts and materials

• Making revisions based on your feedback

• Confirming appliance specs and room dimensions

This phase ensures everything is precisely dialed in before ordering.

Once you’re happy with the final plan:

• A formal proposal will be presented for your approval

• Materials and finishes will be confirmed

• We’ll prepare your design for cabinet ordering

After approvals are in place:

• Cabinets are ordered through Joël’s trusted vendors

• Final design plans are prepped for your installer or contractor

• You’ll receive an estimated delivery timeline

Joël will help coordinate the delivery and support your installer with the plans. If you’re using one of our trusted installation partners, we’ll stay closely involved to ensure a smooth process.

Once your space is complete, we’ll review everything with you to ensure it meets our high standards. We love seeing the final transformation and celebrating the result with you!
